Consultants for The Church Care help with the journey that moves your ministry from contemplation of change, to full implementation. We offer consultation in setting up care ministry, training, sustaining the ministry, and program evaluation.

On the last Wednesday of each month, a group of church leaders meets with Luan or Charny to chart their next steps. Join with other congregational care volunteers and leaders like you.

Luan has served as Care and Recovery Pastor of a large, multisite church in Southern California (Mariners Church), and for Kay Warren Ministries. She leads churches through developmental stages to growth.

As a leader in the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, a church counselor, and a co-pastor with her husband, Pastor Reina offers a wealth of information for churches in both Spanish and English.

Denise is an active member of the TCC team as a doctoral student in Counselor Education at Regent University with a certification in spiritual direction from Fordham University. She is bilingual in Spanish and leads our bilingual ministries for TCC.

Natalie has expertise in program evaluation, working alongside Dr. Ripley to help churches use high quality surveys, focus groups, and key informants in decision making for churches.

Dylan is a family therapist pursuing his doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Regent University. Originally from Venezuela, he leads trainings and consults as part of our bilingual Spanish team.
