The Helper Course: Care, Prayer, & Share
This course is the basic training for those who want to provide effective care in the church. Offer the course to anyone or as part of building a church CARE ministry team.
Offer the course to anyone in your church
Members of your church community join in a six-session course to learn biblical, practical skills to walk alongside others in pain.
The course is open to anyone because the whole church can benefit from trained volunteers who can effectively offer presence and encouragement.
Offer the course to a select group who will serve as lay-helpers in a CARE ministry
If your church leadership chooses to develop a dedicated CARE ministry, gifted helpers may be identified and invited to participate in a six-session training to help hurting people to feel seen, supported, and to experience Christ-centered hope.
