7 Cups is a secure, online platform that connects people to trained lay listeners—
real people who are there to listen, care, and walk with others through life’s struggles.
When your church joins The Church Cares:

Each church gets a unique code that members or visitors can use to access care tied to your local church community.

They enter the code on your church’s 7 Cups page, where they’ll see your trained lay listeners—members of your church who’ve completed the Church Cares training.

Conversations happen online, privately and confidentially through secure messaging. Listeners provide encouragement, prayer, and presence—not advice or therapy.

People can also join moderated group chats and forums, offering connection and support 24/7.

This creates a safe space for people to open up, especially those who may not be ready to walk through the church doors just yet.
